    Treatment Interval
    Stayve Seanery Peel provides you the skin improvement effect by exfoliating that takes effect 3 -5 days after the treatment. You will see the skin improvement effect after one session of treatment. Depending on the skin type and problem skin condition, we will adjust the intensity of the treatment. You might need additional treatments based on your condition. For example for acne skin, you will be able to see tremendous results after 3 sessions of treatment with an interval of 4 – 6 weeks.
    Questions & Answers
    - Will I be able to see the effect with just one session of treatment?
    - The skin brightens and the skin circulation improve due to the micro-particles after one session. You will be able to see improved skin condition after 5 – 7 days. But, this can vary by an individual’s skin condition and usage strength.
    - Can I treat the other areas besides the face?
    - Is it possible to not see any dead skin cells appear? How much exfoliation is it?
    - Can it be done on sensitive skin?
    It can be used for sensitive skin too. This product is not to make the skin sensitive but to improve it, therefore making your skin healthy.
    AFTER CARE
    - Sunscreen must be applied when you go out after getting the treatment. Freckles or pigmentation might occur with exposed to the sunlight without apply sunscreen.
    - Lightly cleanse your face with wet sponge or warm water for 1 – 2 days after treatment. Do not use wet tissue or soap or any other exfoliating products such as scrubs, AHA, BHA …etc. It is normal for the skin to feel a tingling sensation for 24 – 36 hrs.
    - Use hypoallergenic gentle cleanser for 3 -5 days after treatment.
    - Avoid functional cosmetics such as whitening/anti-wrinkles that contains retinol ingredient.
    - Avoid sports, spa, sauna or food that makes you sweat.
    - Apply plenty of ampoule or cream that is helpful for moisturising the skin often, every 7-8 hours, until all the dead skin cells are gone.
    - Do not touch the face with unhygienic hands.

  Course Content:
  - Product demonstration is one of the best sales tools if we have a high-quality product or service. A product demonstration helps retailer get a prospective customers or investors interested and excited about their solution. It is also an effective way to address the prospect’s specific product-related concerns. This module highlights how to explain product applications, benefits and features, evaluate recommended products with client as well as respond to client enquiries This knowledge would help learners stay up-to-date on product features and knowledge to advise and inform customers of usage and care of products or services. It also helps to provide better service to their customers and in turn, help their organisations gain new prospect and retain their customers, ensuring the continual success of these organisations.
  - LO1 – able to check all product stocks are displayed and prepared for demonstration in accordance to the organisational security guidelines.
  - LO2 – able to check all areas of product demonstration and technical documentation requirements are met.
  - LO3 – able to sell the information about product features and benefits on the type of product presented, as compare to the competitors.
  - LO4 – able to apply the- communication and questioning techniques to interact with customer in product demonstration
  - LO5 – able to apply selling strategies to close sale of products and services which complying with Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act
  - LO6 – able to response to the different type of customers’ enquiries and feedback to advise customers of any follow up actions needed on products and services
  - LO7 – Able to identify customer buying signals to close sale of products and services in accordance to organisational procedure.
